HP Laptop 17z-ca000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I co into Component Services and I click on COM+ Application I get the following error message.  How do I fix this?  This is a brand new laptop.

"An error occurred while processing the last operation. Error Code 8004E00F - COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator."

The article itself did not help but the comments mentioned the HP Services are causing the issue and to stop them.  This worked for me.  Thank you.
