HP Laptop 17z-ca000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I co into Component Services and I click on COM+ Application I get the following error message.  How do I fix this?  This is a brand new laptop.

"An error occurred while processing the last operation. Error Code 8004E00F - COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator."
