Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)

My out-of-the box laptop would not open any photos. I manually set the default program to Photo. Laptop now opens some files but not others. All on the same flash drive, in the same folder, same camera, same date.... What am I doing wrong?

Windows should have a default app to open photos. What ARE the format of your photos ? Where are they coming from. I always associate with image files including photos. Please download and install
