It's an HP G9. It says it comes with Microsoft Office 2021, however it is not on the computer.

Welcome to the HP Community --

The installation size for this full office suite is over (or about?) 4.7 GB.

True, I've had my office software installed for a while -- the size of my software is likely larger than the original installation of the product plus I have a full copy of the "Professional" Office suite.  My Office software might be significantly larger than a "home" version of "Office".

Regardless, this is not a small software

Assuming your computer has rights to the software, it is not necessarily sitting on the computer.

Were the offer a Trial version, you might still have to download and install the software.

?

Perhaps here --

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office

If you have a purchased license for using the software -- perhaps a license that was emailed to you when the computer was purchased from HP - check your email messages.  There should be at least two emails, one for original purchase confirmation and one for final shipping of all components.  There might be additional email notices for extended Warranties and / or software licenses.

Ask Microsoft to help.

If you have ever used the software in its licensed form, Microsoft has record of that event.

Microsoft does not lose tract of licensed software --

You can download a fresh copy and get a copy of your license from Microsoft.
