Trying to stream a movie on my vizio tv via an hdmi cable from this laptop; I get the picture but no audio. Suggestions?

See if resintalling the Intel graphics driver gets the HDMI audio to work.

 

This package provides the driver that enables the Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

What model ab253 is it?

 

There's a tx, ca, tu, cl...

 

Sounds to me like the W10 Intel graphics driver didn't install the Intel HDMI audio driver.
