Product: Pavillion Notebook P5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop suddenly shuts down completly.  Ran a Systems fast test and had memory failure id PGFQHV-80V93U-MFPWLK-40FP03. How can I get this repaired/ How do I find the cost of repair? Is it worth getting it repaired though the unit is 2 years & 4 months old. Home computer  used little by retired couple .

There's is a very clear issue with the RAM module on the computer. You may contact a local technician to get the RAM card replaced and this should do the trick for you.

Thank you Surfplustech for such a prompt response. I shall take my laptop to local repair shop when it opens after the bank holiday. Hopefully I wont need to purchase a replacement. Thanks again for taking the time to reply, Much appreciated.
