Hey there, my laptop keeps shutting down when I am using this device on battery. At the exact percentage of 35%, the notebook keeps shutting down... I had done a reset via windows recovery. And currently, I am on windows 10. Because of lockdown I haven't used my device on battery and I did use on my battery and it doesn't get through 50% so I had not get that problem... But right now I need to get this thing out with me. And I am facing this problem when I have about 2 hrs of backup left but usual it could be about an hour. But this is still enough for me... Please help me to solve this issue. I had gone through some articles on hp support I had done my battery calibration and done a stress memory test on the battery.
