Greetings,
I have an issue with my OMEN 15 Laptop -en0013ax , the Speaker oftenly produce sound with a crackling / static noise in the middle of playing Video and/or Video Games. This issue starts happening after I upgrade my OS to Windows 11. So I'm certain this is a software issue related to the Sound Driver (Realtek (R) Audio). I checked the driver version is not getting any update since 2021.
I've tried to reinstall the driver, check for windows update everytime. but the problem still there.
Please help.

Hi !
Thank you for your suggestion.
I've tried you suggestions however the problem is still there.
Suprisingly, when I revert back to win10 the problem completely gone. This is just confirming my suspicion that this problem is related to Laptop speaker driver compatibility to Win11 since the last driver from manufacturer was released in 2021.
I also tried to open the hp support page to manually download the drivers, it only provide specifically software in win10 for my model.
I encourage your team to raise this matter. Please do not abandon your previous model for its drivers update supports specifically when the users were upgrading its OS.
Thanks a lot.
