Some websites say that Omen 15 only comes with color dragon red keyboard backlights.

 

what do the experts think?

I see you are experiencing Omen Light Studio issues with the Omen HP Notebook.   

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • The OMEN Light Studio team is updating support for additional OMEN and non-HP peripherals. Not all OMEN or other peripherals are or will be supported.
  • OMEN Gaming Hub offers basic lighting functions for each individual device separately. With OMEN Light Studio, all of your devices are in one view; you can create lighting effects that run across multiple devices, customize freely different zones for each effect, and create sophisticated layered lighting effects.
