I open OMEN Gaming Hub today and it claims that I'm not running the latest BIOS and/or Firmware. I've tried every update checks I can think of, Win update, HP driver Update, HP Support Update where it auto detect for drivers, even tried to uninstall and reinstall. Even opened Device manager and manually checked for drive update. To my knowledge everything is up to date. I even contacted HP support, they did a remote and they couldn't find a solution. They said that I should try Smartfriend payed service. I like to solve my own problems and I'm fairly good at it. But this is irritating.

Hi, There is new version of OMEN Gamin Hub and SDK package on line, please refer to steps as below to update/install:

  1. Go to Microsoft Store to update OMEN Gaming Hub to the latest.
  2. Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates, then restart, to see if it could be solved.
  3. Open HP Support Assistant, to check if there is any update, and update it.
  4. In OMEN Gaming Hub, click Update if update message shown in each feature page.
