OMEN by HP 15-dc1058wm
Microsoft Windows 11

After the Game Hub Omen update, in which the eco mode appeared, I decided to try it. While using it, I discovered that the system had reset the monitor's frame rate from 144 Hz to 60 Hz. Unfortunately, after I connected the power to the laptop, the frequency did not return. I manually set the required 144Hz, but after a while I found that in some of my games the frame rate froze at 60fps (although it used to work at more than 100). I tried reinstalling these games but it didn't work (PUBG and WoT Blitz). I tried resetting the system settings, but it didn't work either. This problem has been around for at least half a year, there are new updates to the OMEN program, new drivers, but the problem remains unchanged.

The forum is dead, so I will answer to myself according to tradition. It seems that this Omen Game Hub has set a global limit of 60 fps, to remove it, you need to change the fps limit setting in the Nvidia Profile Inspector program.
