Here is the sp72320 ethernet driver file referenced in the post.
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72320.exe
You will need to run the file first, and then the driver folder will be located in the C:\SWSetup directory. Then you can move the sp72320 driver folder to the location where the person wrote.

You're very welcome.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to go to the device manager, right click on the device, select uninstall, check the uninstall driver box if it shows up and restart the PC.

I start device manager and update all items when connected to wired network then I uninstall this item with another one sms/mms then restarting the pc both unknown drives don't appear.
