On this Site when I check for updates for Software/Drivers etc after I put Model # etc in it asks, is it a OS 10 64/ 10 64 1903 or 1904...My Actual OS Build show 19045.2788 and I'm running 10 64 22H2, Should I be putting in 10 64 / 1904 ???

Paul,
You’re absolutely correct it was my mistake thank you for catching it and thank you for the direction I really appreciate you helping me before.
I do have a question I went back and looked for any 1909 and there aren’t any listed, is there anywhere else I can go to get updates for the system? Please advise. Thank you

You're very welcome.
Yes, I see what you mean.
What you do in that case is to pick the driver that has the latest release date that applies to your notebook's hardware.
For example, the audio. That one is easy. There is no specific chipset/processor series to update the audio driver.
There are 6 audio drivers. Two are not labeled with the Windows version number.
So, I would install the one with the latest release date which is the first one listed. Jun 1, 2020
The chipset and graphics drivers section is a little more complicated.
They have all those different processor families listed.
Your notebook's processor belongs to the Gemini Lake family.
So in that section, you will want to install the latest drivers listed where the Gemini Lake processor family is indicated.
It can be included with others, but it needs to be listed for the driver you want to install.
I hope that makes sense.
