Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0050TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought "HP Pavilion x360 - 14-cd0050TX" which comes with Office Home & Student 2016 included. The laptop even has a sticker pasted on it. but when I am opening word 2016, I am not getting the option to activate Office 2016). There are two options:

1) Enter Product Key - it is not provided. I have cross-checked the box.

2) Sign in - when I am signing in using my outlook account using which I logged in, it says the account is not associated with this office product...

 

Please let me know how can I activate pre-included Office 2016?
