Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1A9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this laptop that has free microsoft office oem license and now is link to my email but then i notice that the device has a defective speaker so i request for replacement but the store don't want to accept my request for replacement because the free ms office was already claimed in this devices. Is it possible that the office license can be unbind in my email? and why they wouldn't accept it? should they accept the replacement even if the office was already claimed?

Report the case to Microsoft. The software manufacturer Microsoft can explain you exactly the conditions in this case and what is possible. Microsoft can also explain to HP support where the rabbit runs...
