Old dv7 Laptop - Support Will Not Respond To S/N

I need to contact support for an old dv7 laptop I received from a relative. When I enter the serial # on the Support Contact page it just shows the circling window and never brings up the next page.  How can I email them directly?  There is no email address listed on the Support page. 

My main issue:  The original webcam software is not installed on the machine (Cyberlink YouCam).  I have no idea how else to use the webcam for streaming meetings, etc,  I contacted Cyberlink directly, but they no longer will provide software that will work with Win 7 32-bit.  They suggested contacting the manufacturer.

Hi:

HP retired support for any dv7 model that is more than 10 years old which is why you can't find any drivers for it.

If all you need is the W7 Cyberlink YouCam software, here is the link to the W7 32 bit version...
