Salve,

Scrivo per la prima volta qui perchè dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento dei driver realtek sul mio laptop riscontro problemi con l'app Omen Audio Control. Precedentemente a questo update, collegando le mie cuffie via cavo al pc, ero in grado di impostare dei preset di equalizazione  (come ad esempio RPG, MMO ecc)... ora invece collegando le stesse cuffie viene restituito il seguente messaggio: "Questa funzione non è disponibile quando si usano queste cuffie/ questo dispositivo esterno. Scollegare questo dispositivo per abilitare".

Premetto che:

-le cuffie non sono B&O;

-ho provato già con altre cuffie ottenendo lo stesso messaggio di errore;

-ho riavviato il pc;

-non ho disinstallato ancora il software, perchè essendo direttamente collegato al driver audio non saprei come riscaricarlo (dovrei forse disinstallare e reinstallare il driver(?));

 

Se qualcuno dovesse necessitare di maggiori informazioni le fornirò prontamente.

Hello,

I am writing here for the first time because, after the latest realtek driver update on my laptop, I am having problems with the Omen Audio Control app. Prior to this update, by connecting my headphones via cable to the PC, I was able to set equalization presets (such as RPG, MMO, etc.) ... now, instead, when I plug in the same headphones I receive the following message: "This function is not available when using these headphones / external device. Disconnect this device to enable ". I informe you that:

- the headphones are not B&O;

-I have already tried with other headphones getting the same error message;

-I restarted the pc;

-I have not uninstalled the software yet, because being directly connected to the audio driver I do not know how to re-download it (should I perhaps uninstall and reinstall the driver (?));

 

If anyone needs more information I will provide them promptly.
