Hi!
I just bought my HP Omen 15 laptop a few weeks ago and in the last few days I have problems with the Omen Command Center, beacuse when I want to switch between the performance modes, it says that the driver updates are needed for Omen Command Center to work accurately. There is an "Update" button bellow this text and if I click on it, it takes me to Windows Update Settings, where it scans for an update, but I always get an issue: "There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80080005)". I have tried to fix this Windows Update problem, but it seems like I have the latest Update installed, beacuse I downloaded the Windows 10 Update Assistant and it says I have the latest version. My region is Slovenia. I would like to get the information to fix this problem.
Thanks!

Hi, if install updates still fail, you can click "Feedback" button and choose "automatically attach my log files", send the OCCLog.zip file to support mailbox, the engineer will check what's the problem. Thanks.
