Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP,

 

I have a question regarding OMEN Command Center (OCC). I think this app is useful to boost my laptop performance with ease but recently I cannot open OCC. I tried to

  • update all of my laptop drivers through your support driver link
  • reinstalling OCC through Microsoft Store
  • updating my windows

But still no luck with all of your recommendations on the FAQ page.

My windows version is 10.0.19041 Build 19041 last updated on 8/4/2020.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
