Hp omen 15 ce 072tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My omen command center is not updating and is saying to download and update my hp support assistant. After re downloading and re updating Hp Support Assistant , it again says to do the same. 

Please help

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to update the Omen command center.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall the Omen command center from the computer and then download and install it from the below link.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98588.exe

No, It doesn't go well. Everytime I install the file you gave my laptop says that my laptop is going to shut down in less than a minute. I don't know what to do.

Let's try these steps:

 

  • 1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 
  • 2) Look for OMEN Command Center. 
  • 3) Right-click to uninstall. 
  • 4) Restart the computer. 
  • 5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.
