Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I would like to ask about the option to undervolt my laptop and control my fan speed through the OMEN Gaming Hub, I saw in the new version it is possible to do it, however, I don't have the option there, is it because it isn't available on my version of the notebook, or could there be some other problem? (I updated BIOS and Gaming Hub for it))
