Hi, all the online apps in my laptop ( such as chrome, skype, etc) crashes whenever I plugged in my laptop. Please help me. The store where I bought it told me it will take 2 months to fix this. It's impossible for my job because this laptop is my only source or income. I hope you can help me please.

I want the check your current system configuration.
(1) Run msinfo32
- Select <System Summary>:
- copy/paste to following key/values pairs:
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )
(2) Please report your results
