Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

During the initial set up I was asked to enter a Microsoft acct - I couldn't remember the password for my personal Microsoft acct so was trying to recover it - with no success,

I did not complete the set up process.

Now when I turn the laptop on I'm asked to sign in as other user - username and password required - I don't have either of these. So I can't access anything.

 

I think I need to start the whole set up process again, but don't know how to. 

At the moment I have a laptop that switches on and I can do nothing with!!!! - Tearing my hair out!!!
