Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i it on ,it displays the orange screen with vertical white stipes with the lil thing'i on top..  as if i should write something..i tried few tricks without luck😔.most "solutions"  i find involve the laptop being actually on .am out of options ,HELP!

Sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about in terms of the orange screen.

 

What is sounds like is that you have an application, expecting data entry, stuck on full-screen mode.  Here are some instructions for getting out of that problem:  https://superuser.com/questions/1401139/how-to-exit-from-stuck-full-screen-application-on-windows-10
