HP Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I bought a HP Spectre x360 on 11/11/2020 for $1699.99 USD. I live in Australia and used PayPal to buy it. The address was to MyUs, a parcel forwarding service. The order was declined and when I called the company they said it was because they weren't accepting PayPal as a method of payment. The only problem is that it says the order is processing in my PayPal account and I was wondering when the money was going to clear and if I could do anything to speed it up.

Kind regards,

Jet

I'm assuming you mean to say you purchased the computer from HP.

In that case, you need to talk to the HP Store > Customer Service
