Hi so recently my sister gave me her new hp laptop and told me to reset since she was giving it to me and I did and now it’s just giving me a other user account that I don’t know the password or username too I need help ASAP

No, HP won't keep user's account for EACH machine. You have to create yourself.

I figured I’m saying i factory reset the laptop so it’s giving me a other user screen I tried what the said on the help option but it’s not giving me a trouble shoot option anywhere
