I've got Office 365 running on my laptop. Its meant to be super quick, or at least compared to my 6 year old Dell. But getting it to send/receive emails from Outlook is painful, it takes 15 minutes? What the heck?

Can anyone fix this?

Hello @DW46129

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community. And thank you for choosing HP for your new computer.

This issue has nothing to do with your computer being from HP or from Dell. This is a software issue with this particular service and does not depend much (if at all) on the hardware and the PC vendor.

I also use Office365 and yesterday particularly there were issues with it. I  am also having issues in the past days.

- As usual, when things go wrong, most people go to Twitter to find why other services may be down 😉 Twitter seems to be always UP. By the way, it was similar when FB/IG/WU went down. Happens with others, too...

You can check the Microsoft/Office services status for news here >> https://twitter.com/msft365status?lang=en

- This Outlook outage is also mentioned there in the Twitter account.

- Whatever app or service goes temporary wrong, you may check first in their respective official Twitter account (my personal recommendation)

If you believe your problems are not related to the Office365 service outage, you may consider repairing your local client applications >> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b4...

Hope this helps.
