What is written here is a very strange situation unfortunately my wifi button is turning on and off blue light. I turn airplane mode on and off but nothing happens to wifi. On the contrary when I turn wifi button on and off bluetooth turns on and off in the same way when I turn bluetooth on and off on the screen the blue light of my wifi button turns on and off. Could it be that bluetooth and wifi are conflicting?

I don't know if your Wi-Fi card is damaged or if you have network problems, but it's best to follow all these steps before clicking on the link.

Unfortunately, none of these worked. As I said, I upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro and there was an error with the drivers. They do not match. Also, the HP Support Assistant says that the hardware is up to date. It does not detect whether any hardware is up to date or not. I ask to add the product so that it can recognize it, but it does not add it either.
I said detect the device, it detected it, this is what happens when I say add device

🔧 What You Need to Do for a Definitive Solution:
1. Install the HP Wireless Button Driver (this is very important!)

On some HP models, the F12 key (Wireless Button) requires a special driver. Without it, the Wi-Fi on/off signal will not work.

🔗 HP Wireless Button Driver (Windows 10 64-bit)

Download and install this driver.

Then restart the system.

After restarting, the F12 key should work for both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Chatgpt told me to do this, but I don't know where to download this driver.

Unfortunately, this didn't work either. Could you give me a specific time and I can send you a link to AnyDesk so you can check what the problem is?

I'm sorry, but we cannot provide remote assistance.  I think the Wi-Fi card is damaged. Check that it is attempting to connect to 2.4 GHz networks.

The problem is not connecting to networks, but the networks are not visible. This error does not occur when I install Windows 8.1 Pro, but this error occurs when I install Windows 10 64 bit. I wonder if downloading 32 bit will solve this problem or is there a special Windows 10 64 bit for my computer?
