Hey Paul. Sorry, but you're dealing with a not-so-smart novice. I went to your website...How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com).  I Don't see anything like that on the site. I also tried to reload the previous driver app and still no change. Help Frank
