i got into contact with nvidia support after i factory reset my laptop, before this reset i was achieving 144 frames per second on almost every game, now that i have reset my laptop twice i cant reach 100 frames per second. after i contacted nvidia support he suggested i contact HP and ask them to check for BIOS/chipsets update. he also mentioned that there are "problem" devices in the system report file.  can anyone help me resolve this?
