I have a notepad hp spectre.

 

I have a problem with the bluetooth connection of the mouse (logitech mx everywhere 2) with the computer. I had this problem before and it was solved with the installation of the new bios of the computer, but now tha last bios update was installed but the mouse doesnt connect with the computer. 

 

I have windows 10 pro and the computer is really good and the mouse is also very good but it's imposible to work them together. 

 

Please, could you help me with this problem?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details: 

Could you provide me with the exact model of the PC? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you recently made any changes on the PC before the issue started?

Have you tried to update the drivers either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant?

Could you please respond to this post with the details for further assistance.

i have the same problems, my laptop is

 

HP spectre 13 "

I5 

8 Ram

256 ssd

 

I restart the software, Re Install  the driver but is the same issue, one day work and other day no
