Paired my Samsung g s7 edge but can't seem to add the device

I had paired my g s7 edgebut can't be added or to be seen in to add devices, please help!

Did you have bluetooth settings open on both devices- And confirm the passkey on the phone? I ran through it with my S6 and the first time it didn't work. Second time worked well and I tested transferring a file. After pairing a window popped up in corner of laptop screen and asked to set up new device- then I had to go back to phone, open Bt settings, click on icon for laptop to open and confirm that passcode was same as shown on laptop.

Hi,

No, it is a mobile/protable device, you can't add to Device and Printers list. Your computer can pair with it to exchange information.

@banhien Once pairing is done with passkeys confirmed on both laptop and phone it will show up in Devices. My S6 does.

Yes, it shows up that why I said we can exchange information. But that is not the way Add, may be my definntion of "Add" is not the same like yours.

For example: we put a flash drive to USB port, it will show up (normally), it also turns up in Devices and Printers but we won't Add.
