Unable to use "Projecting to this PC" despite downloading "Wireless Display" app from additional apps. It did work once but now displays "This device doesn't support receiving Miracast, so you can't project to it wirelessly"

I see that you are facing issues with your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know when was the last time it was working fine?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

 

Could you tell me the exact model number of your system so that I can check if it supports Miracast?

Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook. You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
