Envy360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 2 year old Envy (16 GB RAM/ SSHD/i7-8th gen) and a new iphone 11 Pro. The Photos App keeps freezing up and won't import pictures from my iphone. It keeps saying Error, Try Again and fails. I tried doing smaller amounts at once and it still won't work. I tried the USB 3 and 2.0, I even reset the trust settings on the phone to trust the computer.

I already read this article when I was researching how to import my iphone photos to my PC. The instructions tell you to open itunes, trust the phone and then use the Window's Photo App. T

hat's exactly what I did.

My issue is that the Photo App imported half of my photos and then I kept getting an error saying it failed.

From there I tried importing smaller quanities of photos an it still failed.
