Hello. Original Omen CC for my laptop doesn't have lightning customize and when my mouse (Omen photon) and mousepad (Omen outpost) plug in nothing changingNew Bitmap Image (2).jpg so I  installed one from Mic store because I need lightning setup  for mousepad Omen Outpost and and mouse buttons and lightning customize for mouse Omen Photon because you can Customize only in Omen CC. I installed it but it's never open, it's just showing page "Omen Command center" and the program never opened just showing this page. New Bitmap Image.jpgI even deleted original Omen CC (than installed it back) but nothing changed. I have all updated from HP support assistant.  I just want to have CC with lightning setup for mouse and mouse pad.  Or if any another app can customize lightning it will be fine too. And Omen Home key doesn't work also. Thank you

How many light zones on your keyboard NOW ? If less than 4, your machine does not have  Lightning option. My machine has 4 zones::

 

    light colors.png

@Bunhien Hello. Thank you for your answer. And my model of laptop has only red light on keyboard. And I know about my laptop doesn't have lightning customize for laptop but at least it should be for accessories. Just mouse pad and mouse so bright and changing color so fast what's giving me a headache. And I can't return it because it was a gift and box is opened already and I didn't expect that issue.
