I am also unable to download printer drivers for my Epson WF 2750. Have tried several times and being told drivers are unavailable.

Can anyone help me?

My guess is that you are using the Edge browser to download the drivers -- and that is a mistake.  MS has gone all Big Brother on us and configured Edge not allow certain downloads -- which is why I don't use it for this.

Use FireFox or Opera instead.  You might have to use another PC to download FireFox from this link  https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Thanks for your help. You were correct in that my laptop was defaulting to Edge. On your advice I tried downloading the drivers using Chrome which I already had. This worked and I was able to install the printer.

But the printer comes up with an error notice whenever I try to print anything from this laptop. I have no difficulty using the same printer from my desktop, iPad or iPhone. But still cannot print for this laptop, which is frustating as I have to email documents to myself to print form another device.

ps the original pop up is still presenting on start up. Could the problem be a corrupt file?
