The charging end of the power cord on my HP Envy Laptop 13-ad010nr melted while plugged in to the wall outlet, but not plugged in to my computer. Computer was not damaged, but cord is in bad shape and no longer able to be used. I have tried every way possible to contact HP to report the issue and request a new power cord, but cannot get an email address or phone number to get in touch with anyone! I'm hoping by posting this here, someone may be able to help me contact a real person, either via email, chat or telephone. Thanks in advance!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
