When printing from my Laptop to an HP Office Jet Pro 9015 using Outlook or Ebay with Microsoft Edge it will automatically switch from Portrait to Landscape. In the print screen I have checked to make sure it is in Portrait mode. Why is this only doing it with certain programs and how can I correct it? I have already tried rebooting both computer and printer.

OK.
The printer is unaware of what it is printing.
I am running the latest version of Chromium Edge and I do have an Outlook account.
I can print from the browser.
A quick test shows that the operation works -
- Open Outlook in the Edge Browser
- Did not open "Print from Dialog" (plain printing using whatever is in Printing Preferences / default printing options)
- One page print job prints Portrait, in color, usual margins
Barring what you can do with updating, repairing, or otherwise messing with your Edge browser, the chance to use a different browser might tell you something about where the issue is located.
For example,
If you have not done so, Open your email > open a mail message > Issue the Print command > Select to print from Print Dialog > check that the printer is selected > check the printing options to be sure the settings are as intended > Print
What does it prove?
Not much - but it does give you some insight whether your print settings are actually correct.
What else?
Try opening you installed Outlook software on the computer.
Print from there.
Check whether the "stuck in landscape" issue shows itself when printing one of the same messages that has given you trouble.
What does that prove?
At most, it might give you a hint about where the issue is originating - in the job submission settings or within the browser.

Good Morning.
Welcome to the HP Community.
Do you get the same result when using a different browser (for example, Firefox)?
Are you running the "new" Edge?
Download the new Microsoft Edge based on Chromium
