I opened my laptop this morning and I have a privacy settings window pop up that I cannot get rid of and I cannot respond because the screen is disabled.
This is the message: Settings are disabled because they are managed by your organization. Contact your administrator for more information.
I have spent too much time on this and am really getting distressed because this shouldn't be this difficult.

I ended up reaching out to HP on the X platform. They were able to give me a recommendation to shut down the PC and hold the power button for 10 or so seconds. Then to unplug the peripherals and plug in the power, and restart. Somehow that worked, and the Privacy Popup went away.
I was trying to find the specific instructions, but I couldn't...so I am desperately trying to remember in case this helps others. Hoping some expert can document the exact instructions and explain why this worked.
