Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

English:

Hello, I currently have an HP Pavilion x2 PC - 10-n208nf (ENERGY STAR) following a bug in the pc I reset the computer and since I can no longer use the keyboard, I went to the site and I downloaded all the drivers and I never managed to get the detachable keyboard to work again. I had other problem like the sound etc but every time I put the drivers back without updating it works I would like to know if it is possible to do something so that I can use it? Hoping to have done things right thank you in advance for your answers

@alepre

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard is not working on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85001-85500/sp85243.exe

Chipset: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72640.exe

Multi-Sensor Enabling Driver: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72501-73000/sp72698.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
