Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (7K2V7AV)

Hello!

 

I have a problem. I can not reach the prodcut/driver page of my laptop. The "Error 404" keeps coming back. After making an account and adding the laptop to my Dashboard, i can not open my Dashboard anymore. I get redericted to a feedback page.

 

The screenshot i have added shows the error i get after entering my serial number and product number. I have tried multiple Pc's and networks. Unfortunately, the error persists. The screenshot: Screenshot Error.png

 

After installing a new SSD and reinstalling Windows, i need all the drivers. Could you resolve this? Thank you very much.

Found a work-around. If i change the county/region at the bottom of the page to "United Kingdom", the page does load and i can download drivers.

Maybe a tip for other people that may have the same problem. Change your country/region.

Thank you for answering! I have seen that post. Problem is, it might be a new laptop but the page was available a few days ago (Laptop is already a few months on the market). I have downloaded a few drivers but i need more to properly install the laptop.

 

HP Support Assistent is does not work. I mainly work with HP laptops and the Support Assistant only finds updates for Wi-Fi or bluetooth drivers..
