Product: HP ZBook Studio x360 G5 Convertible Workstation

Hi everyone, I've been having problems with MS Word for a few days: after opening an existing file and starting to make changes, the software crashes and in some cases it lets me recover the file containing the changes, other times the changes made and saved, no trace is left. I took a screenshot of the error message. Can someone help me? Thank you!
