Hi @Srikar_4152,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for reaching out! Since you've recently installed Windows 11 on your HP ENVY x360 14-es0000 (743T0AV) and are experiencing issues with the F12 key not launching Omen Gaming Hub or HP Command Center, here are a few steps you can try:

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check if the Omen Gaming Hub and HP Command Center are installed:
    • Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
    • Search for Omen Gaming Hub and HP Command Center.
    • If not installed, you can download them from the Microsoft Store or HP's official site.

  2. Update HP Hotkey Support Drivers:
  3. Check Function Key Behavior in BIOS:
    • Restart your laptop and press Esc repeatedly to enter the Startup Menu.
    • Press F10 to enter BIOS.
    • Look for an option like Action Keys Mode and make sure it's enabled.
    • Save and exit BIOS.

  4. Reinstall or Repair Omen Gaming Hub:
    • Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps.
    • Reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
