I need to download "Respondus Lockdown Browser" for my college exams, but it will not let me it keeps sayin its not microsoft verified but when I try an change the setting so I can download it I cant because I dont have the setting "where to get apps" why is this and how do i fix it please help!!! I tried downloading chrome and had the exact same problem.

You're not telling us which Browser you are using, but if it is the default MS Edge -- THAT is the issue because MS locks that down to prevent LOTS of stuff they don't want -- like you using a different browser.

 

Try doing this with a different browser, like Opera or Firefox, or VIvaldi.  I use all of these, instead of Edge, and have no problems with downloading anything.
