Product Information not valid

I am getting the following message when I start up my laptop:

Product information is not valid
The following product information programmed into the system is missing or invalid.

system board (00A) - Product Name
system board (00A) - Product serial number
system board (00A) - product number
system board (00A) - system board CT number

Enter - Continue Startup

I was told to contact microsoft and they said to contact HP because it is a firmware issue.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting system information not valid error on startup.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
