hello,
I have been getting updates via support assistant. But before 2 months, a bios update from the support assistant made me replace my motherboard twice (covered in warranty). Later on, I observed that most of the bios updates provided via support assistant is being removed after some days. I try to manually check for updates via hp website using auto product detect, but I was never able to get the final compiled software update list even when the support assistant showed me updates. Is it something wrong with my product or something wrong with the support assistant, leading to faulty updates?
