HP 245 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got my HP 245 G7 with a 4GB, 3200mhz Ram built in. I added another 4GB 3200mhz stick to my PC. But both Rams are only running at 2400mhz. And since the pc has an Athlon 3050u processor, 3GB Radeon 3 graphics and 2 GB integrated graphics, the ram speeds will affect the system performance quite a bit. But the BIOS has no option which allows me to increase my ram speeds. The BIOS version currently installed is F.62 Rev.A. How can i increase my ram speeds? Also, I've installed a 2GB/s read speeds capable SSD which is only running at ~850MB/s. Are these Hardware limitations or will I be able to change something?

Page 1 of the manual says  it has

Two memory module slots (Ryzen processors)
Memory is non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable
DDR4-2400 dual channel support (Ryzen processors)
DDR4-1866 dual channel support (A6, E2 processors)
Supports up to 16 GB of system RAM in the following configurations:

You can install  2666MHz or 3200MHz RAM but it only runs at 2400MHz.

Regards.

Hey @banhien. Thanks a lot for your reply.

I just went through the manual. It has 4 AMD processors listed in it but not the one in my PC. Mine has an AMD Athlon Silver 3050u and a Bluetooth 5 chip, which is also not listed in the manual. My product number is 21Z04PA#ACJ, if it helps.

I don't know if your model laptop supports SATA 2 or SATA 3, but the latter has a limit of 6Gbp/s -- that's gigaBITS, not gigaBYTES.  So that's about 600MB/s -- a long way from the 2GB/s you claim the SSD supports.
