HP Recommended

I have a refurbished 2021 notebook.  unable to get with support because the serial number is saying invalid.  I was wanting help finding a possible missed update or anything that would correct the malfunctions of keys working but sometimes just freezing.  inability to then shut down and have to hold down power button.  and webcam randomly going haywire and then correcting itself.  not sure which info is needed but below is what i found
