Hi, @afzal97

It may be for two reasons:

1.  HP hasn't gotten around to updating your 5 year old notebook's driver page yet.

2. HP will not ever add that feature to your notebook's support page, since they normally only provide driver update support for consumer class notebooks for 3 years.

For example: I have this 2020 model series HP notebook and the option to select from different Windows builds is available.

I expect that my second reason will apply in your notebook's situation.

Since you provided us no details to work with -- I'm forced to guess that what you are running into is the inability to upgrade Win10 using the Feature Update.  This is most likely because MS has put a "block" on your model PC due to anticipated hardware issues with newer versions of Win10.

MS will not provide any information regarding what model PCs are blocked and when, if or, they plan to remove the blocks in the future.

This has nothing to do with HP, so HP has no way to solve this.

Thanks for the details -- as those confirm that there is no Windows Feature Update that you are lacking.

So, I have no idea what new feature you are talking about.  You will have to explain that.
