i had the update, but my laptop restarted to install other updates, now i don't have it and nor it's installed, where can i download it?

Hi:

 

The download only comes from Windows Update.

 

What you can try is this...

 

Go to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the System Devices category.

 

Find the HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor listed there.

 

Click on the driver tab.

 

Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Search Automatically for drivers' option, and see if Windows Update downloads and installs the driver that way.

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.

 

It may show up again the next time you turn on your PC.
